    保证身体健康的风水六大招

    风水讲究的是承气、纳气,对人体健康的影响是最明显的。人要是身心愉快,家中气氛自然和谐,以下就提供6招好风水,帮助您身心健康、万事兴隆

       一、不住高楼

     住得太高容易因收不到地球磁能而造成心情浮躁;但吸收过多的太阳能量,也会让人负荷过量电子,有碍健康。此外,住太高也会受到“经常性微幅摆动”的影响,使神经系统失调外加失眠。

        
     改善方法:种盆栽及加窗帘可以调节这些物理作用!

        二、少用电器

     人体其实就是一个大型导电体,家里如果有太多的电器,身体负载量会过大,易造成体力流失。

        改善方法:把电器尽量往会转移电磁场的墙壁附近靠,最好别将电器放在出入动线、生活起居常经过的地方及卧室。

        三、光线充足  
      
        光代表能量,如果房子在白天缺乏日照,晚上灯光又不够明亮,就会造成能量不足、阴气汇聚,人也容易感到身体不适。

        改善方法:不时让屋内灯火通明,补充能量。

    四、气顺肝清心情好

        情绪开朗

     通常情绪焦燥或生活不正常的人,肝脏会比一般人老化得快,若家里行走动线能随时保持畅通,减少碰撞的机会,负面能量就不会堆积,人体自然神清气爽,情绪开朗,肝脏不易生病,家中更是和乐啦!

        五、整齐清洁事事兴

     杂物对身体会产生不良影响

     家中的装饰品不该过量、特忌杂乱无章,杂物对身体久而久之会产生不良影响,如损害视力,阻塞气场,使人抵抗力变差,滞留的气也容易造成家人口角,家运萎靡不振。

        六、色调隔局皆重要

        色彩对人有相当大的影响,尤其整天待在家里的人,更要注意。通常颜色以感觉舒服为主。根据色彩的五行冷暖学,春夏两季出生的人,宜采用清凉淡雅的颜色(如浅蓝、白色);而秋冬出生的人,则适合明亮有生气的色系(如红、绿色系)。

        
        隔间的目的在设计出适合居住的环境,所以应注意以下二原则:

     1、保持屋内动线流畅。

        2、避免屋角冲射。

     无论用矮柜、花墙、屏风或其它装饰品来做室内隔间时,都不要让客厅有七弯八转的死角,否则气流受阻,易生病及生口角。如果室内本有避不开的屋角,放棵常绿盆栽在墙角,可挡煞气,避免犯小人、口舌争执和灾伤。
